Grab a chair, mat, and weights and be ready to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. A step up from Fit For Life, Back in Shape includes floor exercises in addition to seated and standing exercises. You will improve functional fitness for daily activities in a fun and encouraging environment.
Barre is a total body conditioning, strengthening, and lengthening class blending together ballet, Pilates, and light weights. You will focus on form, precision, fluidity, and small isometric movements. Each class will consist of a variety of exercises and movements placing emphasis on the core, seat, thighs, and arms. If you're ready for an invigorating no impact class which delivers maximum results then Barre is for you!
New to Yoga? You can begin your practice here. You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind but lengthen and strengthen your body. Together, you will work with the instructor on breath control, sun salutations, poses, and meditation. You will leave feeling renewed, relaxed, and re-energized.

Exercise at a pace you can handle! Starting in a seated position, Body Enrichment is designed for women and men who want to increase their energy and improve balance and coordination. Energizing Yoga Flow

Fitness Fight Club
Come and unleash your inner warrior in Fitness Fight Club! Join Lori Fadorick and Cecelia McKee for a fun, challenging kickboxing and muay thai inspired workout. After 25 minutes of intense cardio work, participants will use pads and gloves to simulate striking a real target. The class ends with an attack on the abs and a cool down. Join us to jab, cut, and strike your way to a stronger and leaner body.
Flow in the Dark Yoga
Connect with your mind and body differently by practicing yoga in the dark! This workshop will turn off the lights and turn up the music to help you bend to the beat, adding a whole new element to your practice. Why flow in the dark? Unlike a typical class, practicing in the dark can make you more cognizant of your surroundings, increase and challenge your balance and heighten senses, other than sight, to help you experience yoga in a whole new light. Frozen - Let it Flow Kids Yoga
Inspired by Disney's Frozen, this special class for children will take them on a magical adventure through the art of yoga. Breathing techniques (to help them belt out the words to “Let it Go!”), gentle stretching and strengthening (to help them build a snowman) and fun partner poses with mommy/daddy will be introduced. So, “Let It Go”, “Let it Flow” during this one night only workshop, complete with Frozen songs, a frozen themed studio and take home souvenirs for each child! Parent and child register individually. Homeschool Karate (ages 5-12, W)
Karate teaches, discipline, confidence, awareness, and focus. Karate for home schooled kids helps with socialization, as well as training their minds and bodies. This course is a light contact sport. We have three objectives in this class. Train how to avoid a potential threat, with body language, and voice. What to do if the situation escalades. Japanese Karate (ages 6-9 6:30pm, ages 10+ 7:30pm)
Self-discipline, confidence, coordination , awareness, improved memory & focus, and how to protect oneself against a verbal or physical attack if needed are lessons in a structured class of Karate. Learn to use the mind as well as the body to resolve conflict. Karate is a sport that one can do at any age. It is great for kids as well as adults. Not quite ready for personal training? Take part in this 12 week program for all ages and fitness levels. It’s not just a weight loss program, it is also a program to tone and build muscle. Whatever your goals are, we are here to help you attain them. You will workout with a Certified Personal Trainer in groups of 4-6 and compete in monthly team challenges. The base plan includes two one hour workout sessions each week. Base + Extra Day adds one additional weekly workout totaling three sessions each week. Pilates & Barre
This low impact, effective program firms, lengthens, and shapes muscles to their optimal form! We start with warm-up exercises and stretches based in Pilates, then we use light hand weights for toning the upper body, followed by highly effective deep tissue concentrated exercises to work the thighs and seat. Power yoga is an active style of yoga, designed to elevate heart rate with calorie-burning poses and create heat in the body. Prestige Gymnastics for Preschoolers (ages 3-4)
Preschool gymnastics classes at Green Ridge are filled with obstacle courses, tunnels, and exciting lesson plans, but your time spent with us is not all fun and games. Each preschool curriculum is carefully designed for what kiddos need most at these ages. Not only are they JAM-PACKED with fun, new activities in each class, they offer extensive physical work on balance, coordination, and motor skills. Sounds great, right? I'm not done yet! Our instructors are instilling intellectual learning into each class! Your little tots will be counting, using shapes, colors, sounds, music, and engaging all 5 senses! We haven't forgotten about good listening skills! Our most asked question by parents is, 'What can a 3 year old really do at gymnastics?' The answer is, 'LOTS', let us show you! Prestige Gymnastics for School Age (ages 5-12)
Each and every gymnast in our recreational program receives multitudes of one-on-one attention! This class boosts self-esteem and confidence as each gymnast will soon see their skills improving and bodies toning. We give our gymnasts big goals and encourage them to push themselves to succeed! Although this gymnastics class is not being held in an actual gymnastics facility, we will continue to be extremely goal oriented as we work balance, tumbling, coordination and more! Our classes are based off of USAG curriculum and mixed in with fun and effective drills. These classes will be training on a multitude of equipment.
